Jeff Benedict, Associate at CBRE
CBRE is pleased to announce that Jeff Benedict has joined the firm as Associate. Based in Greenville, SC, he is a member of CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics team, led by Trey Pennington.
"Jeff is joining a team that provides comprehensive and sophisticated services to owners and users of industrial real estate in the Upstate. His experience in the industry will be a great asset to CBRE and we’re looking forward to his contributions to the company,” said Steve Smith, managing director at CBRE in South Carolina.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Benedict worked at NAI Earle Furman, where he successfully brokered small multifamily and residential investment properties as well as leased small retail centers in Greenville County. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel, where he also served as Battalion Commander, among other leadership positions.
