She was proudly part of the Beta Club, National Honors Society, and the Math Honor Society. “I was so surprised when my name was called as the scholarship winner for CBL. My goal is to use this money to learn about finance because I want to help myself and others have a more stable financial future,” says Janae.
Blue Ridge High School senior Isaiah Chapman is receiving the CBL State Savings Bank Foundation Scholarship. Isaiah is attending Coastal Carolina University in the fall where he will pursue a Graphic Design degree with the dream of working in the sports marketing industry. During High School, Isaiah was part of the Beta Club, football team, basketball team, and track and field. He was proudly awarded “Player of the Week” numerous times and twice earned ”All-Region Champion” title in football. "Thank you for the opportunity to be the scholarship winner from Blue Ridge. It truly means a lot to me and helps me more than you know. Thank you, CBL," says Isaiah.
