The Cancer Society of Greenville County Holds Annual Holiday Greenery Sale
GREENVILLE, S.C. - October 18, 2018) – The Cancer Society of Greenville County will kick off their 10th Annual Holiday Greenery sale with two pop up shops. The Pop up shops will be held at the Greenville Country Club on October 23rd and at The Thornblade Country Club on October 24. Drop by anytime 4-7pm to see and smell the gorgeous greenery.
The sale features fresh holiday wreaths, garlands, poinsettias, topiaries, greenery crosses, and centerpieces from North Carolina, donation Christmas cards, and luminaries to honor or memorialize cancer survivors. With profits going to Greenville cancer patients and their families, the sale offers an opportunity for Upstate residents to decorate their homes for the holidays while providing vital medical supplies and services, emotional support, education, and financial assistance to local cancer patients.
“We are proud to offer our holiday greenery sale again this year,” said Lisa Green, Executive Director of the Cancer Society of Greenville County. “These are spectacular fresh products (boxwood, magnolia, mixed-select, and Fraser fir) and we have the best selection in Greenville – including single and double-faced wreaths. We have a tremendous repeat client base because these products are so special and last so long. We appreciate the community’s past support and hope this year’s sale will bring in even greater donations which will remain in Greenville to provide hope, help and healing to thousands.”
The Pop Up Shops are open to the public and are free of charge. Orders will be take on site for those interested in purchasing the Greenery. If people cannot attend the Pop Up, they may visit www.cancersocietygc.org or can call 232-8439 to have a brochure mailed to them.
The deadline for orders is November 2, 2018 and products can be picked up November 27th from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Clemson ICAR Campus located at 5 Research Drive in Greenville or they may be delivered for a small charge.
