GREENVILLE, S.C. – Tim Joiner has joined Broad Insights, a business strategy and coaching company, as fractional Chief Marketing Officer.
Fractional CMOs are a growing trend for mid-sized companies that want someone on their team who can lead marketing efforts, but not be a full-time employee. More important than the cost considerations, a fractional CMO provides broad-based and on-demand perspective around best practices in customer acquisition, sales pipeline development, and marketing execution, said Jim Wiginton, Broad Insights’ President and Managing Partner.
“We give our coaching clients the support and ideas they need to succeed, which includes fractional leadership,” Wiginton said. “Fractional leaders offer more than an agency, but still serve as an outside source of new strategies. It’s a great concept, and we decided to try it ourselves.”
Joiner brings more than 20 years of marketing and media expertise, as he is also the president and founder of 3Fold, a Greenville-based growth agency. Joiner earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Bob Jones University.
Broad Insights is based out of Greenville and works with mid-sized companies that want to grow to the next level by formulating new ideas and strategies. The company does this by talking to CEOs and presidents, who many times don’t have a peer to go to for advice. Broad Insights’ coaches offer clarity, objective advice, prioritized and manageable action steps, accountability, and encouragement.
“I am excited to help Broad Insights move to the next level,” Joiner said.
