Greenville, S.C. (January 20, 2022) – To continue to provide the highest levels of personalized service to its client during a period of rapid growth, Greenville-based full-service marketing communications firm BRIGHT+CO Marketing has hired its first vice president of client service. The agency has hired veteran marketing executive Kimberly Gray Roberts to fill this critical role.
Roberts comes to BRIGHT+CO with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, media planning and strategic consulting both on the agency and client side for a broad range of industries, including travel and tourism, retail, manufacturing, consulting services, automotive and nonprofit. She has helped develop and lead culturally and socially competent marketing efforts that have driven awareness, engagement and revenue growth for companies like Michelin, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Michaels, Blue Bird Buses and GlaxoSmithKline. Known for her keen insights and ability to build and foster strong client relationships, she will work directly with the agency’s clients while also helping to coach and mentor the client services team. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Barry University in Miami, Fla.
“As BRIGHT+CO continues to grow, it’s important for us to stay true to our founding principles of offering top-notch client service and personal interaction with senior-level leaders who shepherd our relationships,” noted BRIGHT+CO Founder and CEO Jennifer Sutton. “Hiring Kim for this new position will ensure that clients not only get the critical expertise and counsel that they need from us, but that they feel valued, heard and understood at each step of the way. I know that everyone who works with Kim will come to respect and appreciate her insights and input as much as we already do.”
