Better Business Bureau® (BBB®) of the Upstate Education Foundation welcomes Logan Mize as the coordinator of its Education Foundation and Rebecca Duncan as the Savvy Seniors program director.
"Very excited to have Logan and Rebecca join the Better Business Bureau Education Foundation staff and board,” Vee Daniel, BBB Education Foundation President, said. “They have hit the ground running and have made an important and positive impact within our educational programs.”
Mize is a Spartanburg native who attended both Wofford College and Converse University where she received her BFA in Interior Design.
After learning more about how the BBB serves the community and businesses of the Upstate, Mize eagerly accepted the opportunity to join the BBB team and help further the reach of the education programs that the BBB offers through the communication and marketing skills she has gained in her professional career.
Additionally, Duncan is a Greenville native who works as a community manager with CAMS Management. In her role as community manager, she oversees more than 18 Home Owners Association boards.
Her passion and respect for senior adults comes from her grandparents' parental role in her life. Duncan is very concerned with the vulnerability of the senior population. She believes education is essential to seniors’ understanding the pitfalls of today’s computer world.
Duncan is very excited about her role working with Savvy Seniors, which educates and provides preventative tips to seniors on how to spot and avoid identity theft and other scams.
