Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS welcomes Cindy Marchbanks

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS is pleased to announce that Cindy Marchbanks has joined the company’s Midtown office as a sales associate.

Cindy grew up in Greenville, attended Clemson University and the Medical University of S.C., where she received her degree in physical therapy. She worked as a physical therapist in the community for many years prior to beginning her real estate career in 2019. As a physical therapist, care and compassion for her patients was the cornerstone of her practice. In real estate, Cindy brings the same care and compassion to her clients and treats them like family. Her goal is to make your real estate experience less stressful and, believe it or not, fun! Her availability, work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will ensure that you reach the closing table with a smile. Whether buying or selling, your home is always Cindy’s priority.

“I am honored to share that Cindy has joined our family of professional REALTORS® here at C Dan Joyner. Cindy comes to us with several years experience and has been and remains a Top Producing Agent in the Upstate. She will be working with The Spaulding Group out of our Midtown Office. I am looking forward to watching her business grow and develop as she utilizes the many tools and resources that our firm has to offer all of our agents,” said Matthew Thrift, Broker-In-Charge of the Midtown office.
