Avison Young announced today that it has arranged the sale of a 108,750-square-foot (sf) warehouse located at 2605 Anderson Road Greenville, South Carolina.
Mauldin Heights Apts, LLC, the seller, sold their interest in the property to Linden Hall Development, LLC. The seller was represented by Rob Howell, Senior Vice President; Gary Lyons, Principal; and Reeves Willis, Associate of Avison Young’s Greenville office. The team leased up the building to 100% occupancy in 2021.
“We were pleased to be able to go full circle with Mauldin Heights on the acquisition, lease up, and disposition of this warehouse property,” said Howell. “Our leasing team successfully filled the building during the pandemic with two outstanding tenants, which stabilized the building and positioned the owner for a profitable disposition.”
The property was built in 1963 and is located just off Interstate 85 near downtown Greenville. Tenants include Soft Shirts, Inc., The Source Group, and La Unica Supercenter.
