Lynn Skidmore, Allen Tate Realtor
Lynn Skidmore, an Allen Tate Realtor® with the company’s Greenville-Downtown office, was recently honored as Realtor of the Year by the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors.
Skidmore joined Allen Tate in 2022 following a 17-year career, including running her own real estate office as broker in charge. She is a Certified Ninja Selling graduate and a Dale Carnegie graduate and instructor. Additionally, she holds Allen Tate certifications as New Homes Specialist and Relocation Specialist.
A dedicated industry leader, Skidmore has served on the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors Board of Directors, MLS, and Community Service committees. She currently chairs the RPAC/Legislative Committee.
She is an active volunteer, having served the Small Business Development Center, Opportunity Greenville, and ReBuild Upstate, and is a Leadership Greenville Class 27 graduate. She supports local causes including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Goodwill, and the United Way. She is also an animal rescue advocate.
Prior to her real estate career, Skidmore worked as an accountant and business coach. She is graduate of Erskine College, located in Due West, SC.

Skidmore makes her home in Greenville with her rescue cat, Luna. She is the proud aunt to her flock of 21 nieces and nephews, located throughout the Carolinas and Virginia.
She enjoys spending time at the beaches of the Palmetto state, attending Broadway shows, cheering on the UNC Tar Heels basketball team and relaxing with family and friends.
