The Cliffs is pleased to announce that Alexandra Hackett has joined its team as senior beverage and service director. Hackett will help further elevate beverage and service offerings across The Cliffs’ seven communities and coordinate its wine consortium and programs.

Before joining The Cliffs, Hackett most recently served as area manager and corporate beverage director for Rick Erwin Dining Group, where she focused on restaurant operations, guest relations and training, in addition to overseeing the company’s beverage portfolio. Her work contributed to Rick Erwin’s West End Grille receiving the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence consecutively since 2014. Prior to that, she was the general manager and sommelier of Devereaux’s, and the restaurant manager for High Cotton in Greenville and oversaw its private event services.

“Alexandra brings great knowledge, energy and a passion for serving others to The Cliffs,” said Rob Duckett, president of The Cliffs. “Our portfolio of restaurants and wine programs are a central part of The Cliffs experience, and Alexandra will help us even better serve our members as we continue to invest in our club programs across all seven communities.”

Hackett is a certified sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers and is an active member of the Greenville Community.
