Greenville, S.C. – (October 2021) – Alex Campbell of NAI Earle Furman and Tammy Dixon of NAI Piedmont Triad were recently recognized for earning the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. Headquartered in Chicago, the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute is one of the largest global commercial real estate networks. The CCIM designation is the golden standard for professional achievement in the commercial real estate industry.

To earn the CCIM designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than 160 hours of case-study-driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and ethics in commercial investment real estate. Candidates must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination.

“Passing the CCIM exam puts a broker in the elite group of commercial brokers trained to be experts in the investment field. We have more CCIMs than any other firm in the Carolinas and I am proud of both Tammy and Alex for this wonderful accomplishment. Thank you for your individual dedication by providing exceptional service to your clients.” – Jon Good, SIOR, Chief Executive Officer and Shareholder

“I am very proud of their accomplishment. It takes a lot of work and demonstrates your knowledge and determination.” – Earle Furman, SIOR, Chairman of NAI Earle Furman

About CCIM Institute
Many professionals go on to earn the CCIM pin, commercial real estate’s most coveted credential, which represents proven expertise in investment analysis. Since 1967, more than 20,000 professionals have completed the core designation program. Today, fewer than 10 percent of commercial real estate investors and advisers currently wear the CCIM pin, making them the go-to experts in their respective markets. Industry research has shown that CCIM designees significantly outperform non-designated professionals across key metrics, including compensation.

While the core curriculum to earn the CCIM designation is for those who want to set themselves apart as the expert in their company or market, it’s not for everybody. That’s why the institute offers more than 60 other courses, along with custom training, to ensure that everyone working in commercial real estate has access to professional development, regardless of their ultimate career goals.

In conjunction with more than 50 chapters across the globe, CCIM Institute continues to innovate best practices, provide members with industry-leading tools, and advance the commercial real estate profession.
