T&S Brass Expands Customer Service Team to Increase Accessibility

TRAVELERS REST, S.C. – February 5, 2018 –T&S Brass and Bronze Works, a leading manufacturer of commercial plumbing products, has expanded its customer service hours and capabilities with the addition of new California-based representative Matt Sopko.

Sopko, who is located at T&S’ California distribution and customer service center, brings more than eight years of customer service experience and seven years of warehouse experience to his new role.

With this newly added position, T&S has extended its world-class phone, email and online chat customer service availability to cover 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time.
