T&S Brass acquires Italian manufacturer Klarco

Traveler’s Rest-based T&S Brass and Bronze Works, manufacturer of food service and commercial plumbing products, has acquired Italian manufacturer Klarco SRL. Financial information regarding the acquisition was not disclosed.

The acquisition will not result in personnel changes, staff reductions or relocation of Klarco operations, according to a news release. Klarco will continue to operate independently from its headquarters in San Quirino in northern Italy. T&S will remain headquartered in South Carolina.

“This partnership is a progressive step for both Klarco and T&S and one that will enhance our ability to provide superior products and service to our customers around the world,” said Claude Theisen, T&S president and CEO, in the release.
