GREENVILLE, S.C. – The Old Cigar Warehouse will be hosting a venue showcase on February 21st.
From 4-7p.m., the space will be set up as a mock ceremony and reception so engaged couples and other event planners can see and meet vendors from The Old Cigar Warehouse’s preferred list. Along with the list of preferred vendors, the showcase will also offer a wine tasting featuring wines from the venue’s favored list.
“Event planning can be daunting,” says said Tammy Johnson, owner of High Spirits Hospitality, a parent company of The Old Cigar Warehouse’s. “This mock wedding gives guests a chance to see and imagine the venue and local vendors in action.”
Built in 1882 and originally used as a warehouse to store cotton and cigars, The Old Cigar Warehouse was renovated in 2013 as an event venue. After a careful and detailed restoration, the building is now one of the most iconic and historic landmarks in Greenville. The Old Cigar Warehouse is highlighted within the WeddingWire Network, receiving the Couple’s Choice Award for Ceremony and Reception Space five years in a row.
Individuals are encouraged to register online and drop by at their convenience, while also allowing themselves plenty of time to see everything the showcase has to offer. The assorted list of 25+ vendors is composed of well-known local favorites such as the Donut Experiment, Noveli Photography, Holly’s Cakes, Nard’s Backyard BBQ, Renee Burroughs Design and Professional Party Rentals.
“We are delighted to connect brides and grooms to the best local vendors,” said Johnson.
