Josh Tew, Vice President of Flagship Properties’ commercial division, has been selected for the Greenville Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Greenville Class 45. Leadership Greenville is the Chamber’s 10-month leadership development program designed to develop informed, committed, and qualified leaders for Greenville County.
Tew joined Flagship Properties, an Upstate-based real estate company, as a commercial sales and leasing associate in 2012. He has been in his current position since 2014, representing clients in their commercial real estate transactions and providing client consultations for capital improvement implementation, real estate investment financial analysis, and feasibility analysis.
Tew earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Clemson University and holds a master’s in business administration with an emphasis in real estate development, also from Clemson. He has served as president of the Clemson MBA Alumni Association and in various leadership roles for the Chamber’s young professional program, PULSE. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee and member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
