J. Connally Bradley Named Executive Director, Appalachian Development Corporation

The Appalachian Development Corporation (ADC) Board of Directors is pleased to announce that J. Connally Bradley has joined our team as Executive Director. Connally will be responsible for the leadership of the ADC and developing business opportunities in the Upstate and all of South Carolina.

Connally is a well-known lender in the SBA industry with over 30 years of experience in SBA 504 and 7a lending and with the USDA. He knows the SBA procedures and is talented at assisting businesses with finding the right financing structure.

Tom Britt, President of the Bank of Travelers Rest and of the ADC, stated that “Mr. Bradley has proven long term business relationships with both customers and banking partners and we are excited to have him. His can do attitude and positive personality will strengthen the ADC’s ability to serve existing and new customers while providing Quality Client Service.”

The ADC’s financing programs are the SBA 504 Loan Program, Appalachian Loan Fund (ALF) and the USDA IRP program. The SBA 504 Loan Program provides long-term, fixed rate, subordinate financing for acquisition and/or renovation of capital assets including land, buildings and equipment. The ALF and the USDA programs provide financing for businesses whose projects will result in the creation of permanent full-time jobs and leverages private sector investment.
