Graycliff Capital Development, LLC Announces Waterleaf at Neely Ferry in Simpsonville, SC
Graycliff Capital Development, LLC (“Graycliff”), a Greenville, South Carolina-based real estate investment and development firm, has announced the groundbreaking of Waterleaf at Neely Ferry Apartments. The 246-unit, Class-A apartment community is located just off Interstate-385 in the Simpsonville submarket of the greater Greenville, SC MSA. The development is scheduled to deliver the clubhouse and first units in late Spring of 2019. CIBC Bank USA provided the construction loan financing.

The community will feature one, two, and three-bedroom units, including Carriage House units with attached garage parking. Units range from 737 to 1,263 SF.
