EY announces Jessica Donan as Greenville Managing Partner

April 23, 2018 - Professional services firm Ernst & Young LLP (EY) has named Jessica Donan Managing Partner of its Greenville, South Carolina office, effective June 29, 2018, succeeding Phil Snipes upon his retirement. Snipes has been an asset to EY for 39 years with a genuine passion for service and commitment to EY people. Through this transition Donan will assume responsibility for all services and resources in the South Carolina market, maintaining high-performing client serving teams, developing EY’s people, and fostering a strong culture of exceptional client service.

With 19 years of public accounting experience, Donan has served public and private clients in the global industrial manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, transportation, and technology industries. While serving these clients, Donan has gained experience in initial public offerings, debt offerings, and private equity offerings. Additionally, she has extensive knowledge in the areas of inventory, business combinations, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring while serving a diverse client base in multiple cities.

Donan’s business and community experience includes serving as an Advisory Committee member for the Carolinas’ Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors; Board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters Central Carolinas; and a supporter of innovative and entrepreneurial companies as a sponsor of The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year and Winning Women’s programs. And recently named one of the 2017 Top Women in Business by the Charlotte Business Journal, Donan has exceptional leadership skills and invaluable experience to bring to the South Carolina market.

Donan received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Memphis as well as a Masters in Accountancy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and Tennessee.
