The European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC) announced the appointment of Samantha Spratt as the new Executive Director of its Carolinas Chapter.
“EACC plays a vital role in promoting Europe-US Commercial relations”, said attorney Howard Daniel, Board President and Founding member of EACC Carolinas. “Samantha is uniquely qualified to help grow the Carolina Chapter and promote the bilateral relationship on behalf of our member companies. She has an impressive background in sales, management and law, not to mention her ability to speak several languages.”
EACC has seven chapters located in Europe and the United States and its global network represents over 750 members. The Carolina Chapter was launched in August 2016 and serves both South Carolina and North Carolina from its Greenville office, serving as a resource and a facilitator for transatlantic business development.
Spratt has significant experience in international business and holds an MBA from Rockford University in Illinois. Prior to joining EACC Carolinas, she worked as the Managing Principal of Global Assist Consulting and served as a Regional Director for Wahl Clipper Corporation pursuing business development initiatives around the globe.
“It’s our goal to promote bilateral trade and investment between the Carolinas and Europe,” Spratt said. “I will work to position the EACC Carolinas as a strong source of expertise and solid networking platform that stimulates business between Europe and the Carolinas, raising the region’s profile as an international business partner.”
