Baesman joins All Clear Plumbing’s apprenticeship program

All Clear Plumbing is proud to announce that Kevin Baesman has joined our staff as a second-year apprentice. Baesman comes to us after previously gaining plumbing experience by working in new construction in Myrtle Beach.

Baesman said he’s learned quite a bit working alongside our plumbers on service calls. Along with “working with good guys,” Baesman said the thing he enjoys most about the job is that plumbing presents different problems to solve every day.

Away from the job, Baesman enjoys hiking, visiting the beach and spending time with his family.

At two years, Baesman is halfway to graduating our apprenticeship program which is certified by the U.S. Department of Labor. It features hands-on learning, online classes that a self-paced, and pay raised for each year of completion. All learning materials and classes are provided by All Clear.

Each year, our apprentices are expected to learn and then master new skills. Upon graduation after four years, our apprentices will be provided with a completion certification. Our graduates will also be eligible to sit for the Journeyman’s exam and become a licensed plumber in South Carolina.
